Played a bit of Portal 1 already. It's pretty good but it lacks the humor Portal 2 has. I HAD played Portal 2 before at libraries and stuff and it felt a lot better. They're both pretty epic though.

IMO Portal 1 is just a quick project while Portal 2 is a masterpiece, both the dialogue and level design. Everything is alot more thought out.

Portal 2 is certainly by and far the funnier game. Shame humour doesn't translate into good puzzles. The actual playing part of Portal 2 was surprisingly bland and uninteresting. Unless you really like walking around.
