Adult Swim has done it again; after a little more than decade, the lost Dexter's Laboratory episode, 'Dexter's Rude Removal', will be streamed online by AS Tuesday afternoon. As of now as far as I'm aware, there's no confirmed timeslot.
This special is rare; it's only been viewed at 'CN Christmas Parties" and one convention. Basically, Dexter thinks Dee Dee, his older sister, rudeness upon entering, and sometimes destroying, parts of his lab is too much too bear. So he invents something to make that rudeness go away. Something horrible happens and creates two versions of her. One who is the sickly-sweet sister you know of, the other a foul-mouthed and destructive copy of her. Lots of swearing from her ensues and other things, so it couldn't be aired on t.v. then.
There was some movement to get back on the air since last year, around December. Using the hashtag #telljeff (idk if that's some guy's name who works at Williams Street, the ones who run AS), they encouraged the internet to get behind having this episode air. Seems as though it worked.
Here's AS' tweet confirming it as of now: https://twitter.com/adultswim/status/293180330964299776
