Yup, they're real, since many people said that the character files were left on the 360 version of the disc, thus hinting unlockables and potential DLC characters for the PC port.

No, there doesn't have to be console exclusives. Just because one system has an exclusive character doesn't mean the other systems do. The PS3 version of SEGA All-Stars Racing had no exclusive characters whereas the Wii version had 1 (Miis) and the 360 version had 2. (Banjo & Kazooie and Avatars)

Actually, I wasn't talking about the Miis and Avatars. B&K is what I meant by "exclusives" since they're from a different game series.
