Yes, yes, I'm not old Rekky, sneering down at you and decreeing what must and must not be done. It's cuddly little Kaito, your happy go lucky chum.

Back at the topic at hand however, I've realised that's I'm pretty far behind on my anime DVD/Blu-Ray purchases: Madoka, the Hetalia film, Black Butler series 2, Black Lagoon series 2, Sengoku Basara series 2. There's a couple of other things I'm curious about such as that Trigun film that just got a BR release. That live action Yatterman film looked nifty too. Then there's the future releases...

...and yet again I get this image in my head with Reknoc as this old man with the "Back in my day we would..." thing...

Well I was going to make some snarky post about not owning a Blu-Ray player but now it hardly seems worth it.

Only other anime I own on Blu-Ray is Sengoku Basara, though I have also preordered Vol. 1 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Movies are the only thing worth getting on Blu-Ray or single full season sets anyway mind.

They're also the only thing distributors think are worth putting out on Blu-Ray.

Well, sometimes they think putting one season on and not the other or one or two volumes in a season is worth putting on as well!

This part from the HOTD manga will haunt me forever.. [cause the pictures are too big, I can only link them]
Damn you HOTD... Why did you make me suffer through the same sadness I got with Hisashi's death...?

After seeing that I find myself asking "Why have I never allowed myself to experience anything JoJo related?"

Who's doing the animation for JoJo?
I'm getting One Piece vibes here.
