The only interesting thing is the book, and that's not worth the money. The game is just Super Mario Allstars for the SNES (which in itself is just a compilation of the 4 NES Super Mario games - SMB, SMB2, SMB3 and Lost Levels, which is the Japanese SMB2 - with SNES graphics) and the soundtrack is pretty garbage. It's just like 20 minutes, out of which a few are only sound effects.

As I have said before, I have perordered Sonic Colors so I get the hat. Now, another one of my gaming shops has this deal that sais, if you buy the game, you get this awsome Sonic colors action figure and Sonic Colors wii remote controler.
I don't know which one I should buy...

The Mario Anniversary thing is well worth the money, the book is neat and Allstars is a great compilation and it's budget price.

Well I have Allstars on my SNES, and all of the originals (aside from Lost Levels) on the NES, so I don't need it anymore.
And just for the book it's a bit too much, imo.

I don't have the SNES version which is why I was considering getting it along with the bonuses and $25 is fairly cheap for a new (old) Mario Wii game. I have a feeling since it's pre-order only, it might get sold out by Christmas. Ehh...no big loss if I don't get it since I'm not a big Mario fan anyway.

They're alright, but shit if you want import games on anything but DS and 360.

Then you might wanna consider getting it. Super Mario Allstars is a pretty good compilation.

And non-game fluff, i.e. soundtracks and merchandise. They're a double-edged blade with that, but sometimes they're really good.

Yea, never used them for that. Don't really use them at all now. Prefer Yes-Asia. Least they deliver PS3/PSP games here.
