Apparently though it's been revised a bit since this version.

I don't think it's a case of Sony getting it wrong with the PSP. (Well, apart from the PSPGo) The issue Sony had was that the DS just steamrolled over it in terms of popularity, causing Western developers and retailers to leave it to one side.Gonic wrote:Sony couldnt get it right with the PSP. What makes them think a PSP2 is gonna do any better?
They did fine in Japan. But they're really gonna need to up their game for the PSP2, they can't just make another Monster Hunter console.Gonic wrote:Sony couldnt get it right with the PSP. What makes them think a PSP2 is gonna do any better?
First thing they need to do is make sure the adverts aren't completely awful. Guess that's never gonna happen.

^Actually if your first try fails you learn from it. The more you fail, the more you learn from your mistakes and make a better one next time. If what you make is perfect, you don't know what to add for the sequel so you might make a mistake and screw the whole thing up like what SEGA did with creating the Saturn and the DC. After many attempts of failier, trying to create another perfect Sonic game, here we have the results, Sonic 4 and Colours! The best Sonic games for decades!
The only thing that made the Nintendo DS win against the PSP is the Touch screen. Believe me, I have a PSP and it's quite nice, although I must admit, I don't use it much for gaming but I use it a lot for listening to Music.
