Just noticed a couple of huntergemini's posts that she'd deleted...not quite sure why, I thought they were fairly valid posts given the topic at hand, so I've undeleted them.

I think, given the hatred sent towards DNF (and for good reason, it's not great), I have to admit I'm a little afraid to say that I don't actually mind it that much. Again, I do agree that it's not the greatest game in the world, but with low expectations you can actually enjoy it a little bit.

DNF shouldn't exist. Honestly at a point someone should have just realised it was time to pack it in. Instead they released a rather embarrassing game for a decent studio. Kinda just ended up killing the franchise and making Gearbox and 2K (blacklist lol) look bad.

Oh yeah, most definitely. After the long, drawn out development schedule it had, somebody should've killed it off. All credit to Gearbox for taking the hit and bringing it out, though. Despite the bad reviews, it doesn't seem to have affected their reputation at all.

I hope not, it'll be pretty hard to tell though since out of the 3 games they have coming out only 1 of them will sell well.

I deleted 'em 'cause I thought they were pointless. That's why I usually delete my posts.

If I had money lying around, begging to be wasted, I would give Serious Sam a try.

I was always scared of Serious Sam but now I find the amusement in it. Even though i still haven't played any of his games.

Still... I want to see how SS3 is. might check out a review of it later.
