Y'know technically speaking, Gen 2 was a direct sequel to Gen 1. I can imagine it being somewhat similar to that, only without the new region.

edit: well, of course they're all sequels, its the same world and there is a time line. Just that Gen 2 is the only one that directly carries on from another Gens events.

I dunno, it could be good. I mean I'll like it either way, but I think it's a better option than a third game.

I am still holding out for the Paper and Plastic versions...

So, we're probably not going to get a proper Pokemon game on the 3DS for another 2 years.

I'm actually surprised there was at least 19 posts in this topic. Huh.

I feel, having been playing the ever-loving crap out of White for nearly a year, there is some plotholes left out of the main story. But that's me.

Aha, I knew it would be released later this year. This really got me hyped now.

Really? Why? Pokémon still ranks as "kind of awesome" in a lot of people's books so of course we're going to speculate over a new entry in the series.

Don't get me wrong, but I figured Pokemon was one of those series that, on here, isn't talked about as much. But hey, no need to explain to me that that isn't the case, isn't it.
