Those screenshots looks better than Episode 1's to me. And by judging by those pics, some of the levels have "depth" (I don't know if that's the right word for it) in them.
And dat Special Stage shot. YES.
Also, there seems to be tag action going on there, a la Sonic Advance 3?
Of course I'ma wait for the what everyone wants, the gameplay, and the soon-to-be "discussion" on "ohnothephysicsarethesameitslikesonic4episode1alloveragainblagh"
P.S. If everyone else sees it then I don't know how to fix the space there....
Sonic 4 Episode II
Haha, I gotta say, the screens look nice, but having the perspective zoomed out would have been a tad better. Feels a lot more natural instead of the cookie-cutter design Episode 1 had. Oh, and the lighting( espeically in the Ice Cap lookalike level) looks great.
AND is that Little Planet/some new Death Egg? Doesn't matter, looks awesome in the background like that.
EDIT: Looks to be Little Planet (or some other small planet hurdur) and a new Death Egg being constructed around it...the beady, red 'eyes' and part of mustache makes me believe that.

The new takes on classic Sonic envronments in Episode I I thought were quite fun. But this is the time for the game to branch out and become its own. This looks promising. I dig the screenshot of Tails carrying Sonic, though.
I wonder if the official release of these pics will present even more screenshots (remember, this was a leak)...

Beware of your mind as it proves you wrong...

Speaking of leaks, I heard Xbox.com had taken them down. Makes sense, this was a leak. Wonder how the Kenesis will take it. In stride and all cool-like I bet.

+1 on the zooming out thing..I really hope they do zoom it out but I doubt they will. Sonic 4 Episode 1 is damn near unplayable on a 4:3 screen (fortunately most people have 16:9 but still) because it's zoomed in so damn much.

Good to see some original ideas. Not going to be like "looks promising" cause thats what all of you said about Episode one including me so ill wait to get my hands on it.
To me the graphics still looks bleh compared to the first one and the character models look horrible. Could be the quality of the screens or that their still working on it so ill wait.
Just hope they fixed the gameplay, thats where it matters the most.
