One Piece isn't finishing any time soon. If you want an anime that has had it's dub completed and is recent don't even bother with Shonen.

And yes Detective Conan is still going on.

I remember watching some episodes of Detective Conan in English before and I thought it was interesting, but is it still any good with all the many episodes that have come out? I also noticed there is a bunch of movies too.

Well it must be doing something right, if people didn't still care they would have just dropped it.

Well it's a murder mystery manga so I'd imagine so? Just like CSI.

Ok, so it could go on forever then. How many episodes are in total as of now? Like over 600?

604, plus there's loads of movies and tv specials.. Anime will probably end up going on way after the manga ends.

So...anyone seen the new Pokemon movie?
And the new 'Black and White' anime?

The movie aired on Saturday while the new series aired on Sunday. Hmm, maybe I should start seeing the anime again...

Why anyone would even consider watching through the pokemon anime is beyond my understanding... :I

Watched the One Piece movie Strong World, which was pretty awesome. First OP movie I've cared to watch. Are the other ones as good?

Also stumbled upon the Moomin anime I grew up with and started watching it again. Tove Jansson's characters and japanese animation really is a perfect mix, although it is a bit childish compared to the books and comic strips.

The pokemon anime is pretty enjoyable for some dumb shonen fluff. Really no different to watching DBZ.

I've been meaning to catch up with Best Wishes since I quite enjoyed the few episodes I've seen. Wotter is the best pokemon.

The only One Piece movie I enjoyed other than Strong World (which wasn't as good as I expected) is Movie... 6? Something about a Baron.
