Well I don't get warnings very often but I suppose I'm sad... though really I yet have to see the obvious boundary between spamming and posting because I have seen one word posts and they certainly didn't get any spam warning... I think.
If you see any post that you would consider spam, then you can use the Report button, it's there for a reason.
However, the post you were infracted with literally had no content at all. One-word postings or oneliners can have content, but the post you have been infracted for did not.

If you have any problems with an infraction you received, then you can always feel free to discuss the matter with the respective moderator. But do not expect them to remove it.

Speaking of infractions and moderation, we have implemented a new rule, which I would like everyone to check out.

Nah. I don't have any problems with it. It's certainly not good news when you get on and find yourself getting a warning but it certainly hasn't caused me any trouble, though I DO wonder what those 2 points are and when they're gonna expire. But ah well.

Reading the rules actually helps.
We operate a points system, if there are too many “infraction” points on your account you can be banned temporarily or permanently.

Seems like there need to be more substance in posts, I sure as hell don't want infraction points tacked onto my account.

They can be.
