It's by Smilebit and is kinda like a much harder and more complex version of Earth Defence Force. You're fighting alien bug type things with a jet pack that only has a small amount of fuel, you have to do combos to keep it in the air. It has a badass steampunk setting and the graphics are brilliant. The premise is the ruler of the world is this British guy called Hebble who used the power of a comet to revolutionise technology. Then he goes rogue and disappears to a colony in space saying he might become a bhuddist to conquer his mind since he conquered physics on earth. You have to hunt him down before he does something dangerous. One of the best games on the Xbox. Hardly anyone really remembers it though as it didn't have much publicity and the controls are quite stiff and put a lot of people off (a bit like P.N.03).

That's because you nominated interesting characters. Don't you know interesting characters mean nothing in the face of fan favourite furries?
Tried my best to introduce people to the legend of Emile Heskey, but they just weren't buying it.
Been watching a few documentaries on the NWO and Illuminati today as research for my dissertation on conspiracy theories. About half way through The Obama Conspiracy by Alex Jones atm, moving on to a some David Icke later.
