I've got a Galaxy SII and it easily works without kias.

I don't use ANY apps to transfer files into the phone...

Actually, back when my iPod worked I found a random drag-and-drop program that was much simpler to use.
There's a lot of user-made programs kicking about or Apple products.

Nor does the Galaxy Nexus as I had one of those for a few days.
I don't even have Kies installed as it interferes with Odin and could cause a brick when flashing a new rom from within windows.

There are a few apps like that, but i find they tend to break the library et up by iTunes itself and in turn, sync errors, forcing you to re-do everything :/

Which reminds me, Mark was the only admin I ever met who I could call so many things and get away with it XD
