Thing's gonna cost loads no reason to expect otherwise. Probably have terrible battery life as well.

Oh I dunno, I think if they aim for the battery life of the original PSP, it won't be all that bad. Yeah, 3-5 hours isn't great, but considering the power of the console, I don't think you could ask for much more than that.

Just making sure people realise this is going to have the same unavoidable problems as the 3DS. Only with better graphics since it doesn't need to do the whole 3D thing.

Just saw it late last night as I was having a hard time getting to sleep (as usual). Interestingly, I just got a PSP a few weeks ago, so this is kind of ironic.

Still, I don't usually buy gaming systems until its second generation is out. Usually its better because it improves on the flaws of its initial release. If the games don't add up to the cost of the system by that time though, then I wait for more games to be released that would warrant the cost or for the cost to go down.

Anyway, I will get one. And Nintendo assured us that this isn't a DS ripoff, if you look closely there are unique features in this thing. Also it lacks the 3D that the 3DS has.

And Reknoc, if you could be a little more optimistic (while staying in reality), that would be terrific. It's kind of annoying when we still don't know much about the NGP yet and your pessimism reminds me of my Grandma. In attitude, not in age (I'd imagine you're quite younger!).
Beware of your mind as it proves you wrong...

Sorry. The PSP2NGPGBCVB will cost £50 and have a battery life of a million years because Sony came from magical fairy land.

Edit: Kinda late because I didn't see this before:

There's no way SEGA won't miss a chance to make a game for the release of the NGP.
