Eevee is like, super bland. It's not really anything yet manages to be the most generic type of animal.

Aren't most 'normal types' generally plain though?
Since they have no elemental features.

Kinda, but they're at least based on something. Eevee is like if someone was told to draw an animal but never actually seen one, so he worked on the descriptions of stuff like dogs and cats and just made something that was basically "animal"
