Frank West got one too, and there's more Megaman trolls in the character endings.
It's funny how people are implying they're doing this mostly out of spite. I mean sure, there might be some spite hidden in there, but for the fact he's not personally in the game, Megaman gets the most cameo-wise penis sucking imaginable.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (Series)
Knowing how Megaman played in the prequels, I'm actually very happy they didn't include him in this game. Unless they gave him a major overhaul (like Roll got for her TvC incarnation, who before then was just a worse clone of Megaman), he'd be a worthless inclusion.
Then again, I don't care much for that character, and rather would have Roll cause I loved her in TvC.

Given how heavily X is referenced, I wouldn't be surprised if classic Megaman actually would make it as a DLC character.

I got UMvC3 not too long ago and it's my first ever Marvel vs Capcom game.
It's a heck of a lot of fun, but playing with a controller is just... ugh! I wish Christmas would hurry up so I can get my arcade stick thingy.
I mostly use Capcom's side, since I know who most of the characters are. I'm not saying I don't know anything about Marvel, it's just... I don't read comic books. All I know about Marvel is what I've learned from the countless live-action movies.

Today the first patch for the game, and the free DLC mode Heroes & Heralds has been released.
I've horsed around with its offline version a bit, it's really fun, but... it's a shame you can't play it locally offline, though, would've made for an incredibly fun side tournament material. Alas. :/

hearlds and heroes its a vs mode that allows boosts through use of cards as u either fight for galactus and gain a shinny skin or u fight against him. Looks pretty sweet to get a new game mode tbh, lookin now for more characters though, and wonder if the trend of characters from the background of stages will carry on a bitReknoc wrote:What mode's this?
