Hope it's not another puzzle game.

Hmm even Masuda is hyping this up, could actually be something big. Website's keywords also suggest its for the 3DS. Still feels too soon for a new Gen though, 3DS won't need the boost in sales for a few months after the Dragon Quest VII remake is out. buuuuuuuut I'd also rather the first proper 3DS pokemon game not be wasted on some remake of a lame gen.

It still could be some spin-off though.

edit: electric-type eleven: finally the merging of pokemon and inazuma eleven the fans have been clamoring for.

The announcement being 3DS raises even more speculation. Tho, I still don't want a Gen 6 right now.

I can't view the stream being at work but what I've got is this:

Pokemon X & Y which feels like placeholder titles but probably aren't
Gen VI
3D
Worldwide release October which seems a little long for a Nintendo reveal - release

trailer:

Looks a little jank, but I guess they have a year almost to clean it up.

And here's the reveal trailer. I must say, Game Freak really outdone themselves. It's amazing really.

Alternatively, X is my favorite color.

I'm sorry, but why can I not get excited for this?

I feel like this should have been done 4 years ago on the DS...plus the adding more pokemon is getting on my nerves now...

In addition to that, they seem to be running out of ideas for names of colours, so now letters are in fashion. I actually start to see no point in getting Black/White 2 out now.

Gaming wise, Pokemon died for me in 2005. Merchandise wise I still love it.

To be fair, Black and White were the first games to be named fully after colours since Red and Blue.

Graphically it's pretty bad, but I guess they'd rather go with simpler graphics in favour of gameplay. The framerate is atrocious though and needs to be fixed.

I'm pretty excited for it though, new pokemon is new pokemon. Shame it seems they're gonna go with mixed gens again but I guess they want to show them off in 3D.
