imagine a man born with inside out eye balls. Gets really boring looking at the back of his head all the time. hasn't even seen the back of his hands.

Some games really take forever to get passed all their starting logos and what-not.

Which game?

I remember the PSone loading screen. I hated it, it just seemed to take at least a minute before it went anyway.

All of them nowadays, so much middleware to get though like HAVOK.

A few PSone games I owned let you speed them up by mashing the start button at least.

Sometimes you can use a command in PC games to skip them entirely. The PS1 and all last gen consoles suffered from not having a dashboard, so you'd always have to put up with the system boot up screen as well.
