Trying to find the credits to Persona Q; no luck. From what I been reading however, while the publisher for most regions are under Atlus and thus an IP of theirs, (Index) Altus IS a subsidiary of the SEGA Corporation, akin to the status of Relic Entertainment, Three Rings Design, and The Creative Assembly. At the same time though and for example, Company of Heroes 2 and Spiral Knights were solely published by SEGA. You can also say Atlus' roots are more in the East, while the others are more Western.
Quite the conundrum eh.
The "RadioSEGA needs THIS song!" topic

Everything Atlus did is a SEGA IP now.KC wrote:Bayonetta is a SEGA IP and SEGA is in the credits for the game.
As I said, we're still debating this issue, but if SEGA appears in the credits for Persona Q maybe that'll help us make a decision. Haven't played the game myself, so I don't really know the answer.
Well it's there; so I would say it technically counts.opoks wrote:http://img.gamefaqs.net/box/0/0/8/332008_back.jpg http://img.gamefaqs.net/box/8/4/6/404846_back.jpg if this helps solve the issue on back on of the box art for the jap and pal release you can see a sega copyright thing (on Japanese one is bothom next to the web address for atlus jap and on the eu one its above bar code), also in The Persona 4 Golden Anime has also has a Atlus and Sega copyright in the intro and ending (the p4ga came out July 2014)

Atlus is now Sega. Sega is now Atlus. Where's the substantial playlist update?

Yup. This is what I think is the norm for Atlus, or any other certain kind of series' music, here at RS.Gavvie wrote:If we were going to add Atlus, and it looks like that we will, it would be everything post - buyout. Unless SEGA re-release any of the older games, they wouldn't be considered.
