You also have no idea what a bullet hell shooter is either.

I was playing Hokuto no Ken on the SMS but either Mr. Heart is just insanely hard or my rom/emu is funky. Shame probably would have given it a review if I could get past the first level.

Well, compared to other Space Invaders games it is.

I'd love to be able to get past the third/fourth level of Ikaruga :(

Well if he's used to playing Ikaruga, just the fact you have to dodge the odd bullet in space Invaders probably feels like hell.
Tic Tac, sir?

Pokemon HeatGold - Getting ready to beat the League. I've got a Level 50 Arcanine, Noctowl & Butterfree. A Level 45 Miltank and a Level 42 Typhlosion. On top of that I'm trying to raise a Vaporeon (bad spelling). Are you supposed to evolve pokemon with stones really quickly or as late as possible?

Mega Man ZX Advent - Anime cutscenes, full english voice acting, awesome soundtrack and a difficulty level that'd make Mega Man 9 look like Hello Kitty Puzzle Party. It took me a solid 22 attempts to beat the first boss.

Mario Kart DS - Working through the 50cc cups, obviously it's really easy at the moment and the rubber banding gameplay isn't too obvious at the moment.

Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes - I'm unsure about this one. The graphics are jaw-dropping and the new cutscenes are action packed, some awesome Matrix styled bullet time stuff going on. The gameplay is harder this time around which is good but I find it plays like mince on a GC pad (maybe because I'm so used to Dualshock). The music isn't as good this time around either, some scenes are completely lacking drama (the first moment you meet Meryl is hilariously bland 'Shoot!' '...aaaah *bang*').
