I know bits and pieces from playing many Japanese games over the years.
So just picking up game names and then following them up on various blog sites will suffice.

Do Sonic Team still make the Puyo Puyo games? I know they used to, but not sure if it's still on their slate.

They practically bought the whole franchise from Compile.
It's still a huge hit in Japan.

Urgh truly there is no justice in the world of videogames.

Aliens Colonial Marines has charted no. 1 in the UK

To be fair, there's no indication of what it did in actual sales, and it still didn't do as good as the AvP game that came out a bit back.

I'd say the publicity and the fact the Aliens name is still showing interest, is how it became no. 1 there. To think it'd happen here too....then wow.
