Biggest sonic fan wrote: I can't get the time to go to my local shop and see how much those 1000 Wii points card are so I can go and buy Sonic 4 but if it's true and you can finish the game in less than a day, I am thinking that maybe it's not worth it...
Arn't you meant to be sonic's biggest fan? So why do you care if you can finish it one day?

I didn't say I won't buy it.
But to tell you the truth, and I mean the truth, I have waisted most of my pocket money on Sonic Colors and my mom won't let me buy a new game until maybe the next 1-2 month(s). So, I am actually collecting my pocket money right now and I was wondering how much the Wii points will be and how much money I need to collect.

It has got nothing to do with me not buying the game. I will buy the game and I wasn't saying I won't buy the game.

Better use of those WiiPoints would be getting Harvest Moon on the SNES VC.

Dunno what the rate is down under but 100 points usually = 1 whatever

Well, if I am not wrong, the shop only has 1000 point cards and since Sonic 4 needs 1500 Wii points, I will be needing to buy two cards. But that will mean I will have 500 Wii points left. I am wondering what to spend them on. I was thinking up buying one of those Sonic master system games but I have them all on Sonic Mega Collection plus and Sonic Gems Collection.
Of course I still don't have the 2000 points and I won't be getting any until a few months but until than, you go any suggestions on what I should spend the remaining 500 points on?

...Just to move the conversation back to what the topic is meant to be about...

I bought the Indie Puzzle Pack on Steam t'other day. Was £3.49 for Shatter and 4 other pretty good games.

Yes, I have Shatter on PS3 already, but this one has additional modes, and means I could actually delete it off PS3 should I need the space without feeling too bad :D

Since Christmas is sneaking up on us again, I treated myself to an xbox live indie game called avatar quizcall: Xmas edition, a great quiz game that makes good use of your avatar.http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Produ ... 02585506fe and only 80ms points - bargain.

But physical purchases I just picked up kinect, I was surprised at just how good the cam and how responsive it is.

Bought Centipede and Millipede of XBLA 'cos they were cheap and I had 200 points clogging up my account. Better than buying some virtual Ugg Boots for a gormless avatar I suppose.

You know, I was looking at getting that, but I seemed to recall somebody saying it was awful.

It's alright, download the demo and you'll know if you like it after a couple of goes. There's not much more to it than what you see after 30 seconds. There's a nice modern version too with REZ'd up graphics. And the menus seem quite nice somehow. I'm gonna try and get a decent score in it.
