Hey... Who did that attachment? I didn't do that.

Never mind, anyway, I thought Minecraft was already a game.

Barely. It's just a lego sandbox in a mostly empty world.

I like that about it though.

BSF, Minecraft is currently in a Beta - as such it's not just finished - when something new is ready the developers, Mojang, add it to the game as an update.

It's good for building but kinda sucks for exploring.

Im guessing the attatchment might be from when the forum posts were wiped but the database was untouched

Our posts instead of carrying on (from post #50001 etc) its gone back to Post #01, and thus the attatchments/edit messages will appear

(if that makes sense)

exploring is fun at first but there isn't any rewarding or reason to explore except to find a nice place to make your base. Next update is going to fix this hopefully.

lol prerelease was "leaked" and notch was all "well, you might as well play it!" so here:

I played it a bit, looks nice. Found a village but NPCs don't seem to be implemented yet :( neither are skill points so levelling up is kinda pointless!

I don't know about the NPCs but i did read that notch is still working on the skill points and it MIGHT not be ready for the 1.8 update but collecting experience is still there its just going to be pointless.
