Yup! Though, all that really means is that the cashshop is live and you no longer have free access to the premium features. Plus new cashshop items, new map and level cap increase for players and MAGs.
edit: oh yea, by tomorrow I actually mean 3am (BST) is when PSO2 will go down.

Because my calendar is currently saying 2012 and SEGA are saying 2013. And I already have a perfectly playable version with a character that's already reasonably levelled.
Can't really bring myself to care unless SEGA announce global servers and manage to be reasonably fast with updates (PSU says no on this).
The region locking thing is untrue by the way. Just typical loltaku reporting rumour as fact and not being bothered to do any actual research. Shit site.
Gotten word from my bro, who in turn got word from (LE GASP) TSSZ, WHO in turn from Sonic Radio on Twitter saying that SEGA's Japanese ID system has been breached. And you non-Japanese players who are having fun with Phantasy Star Online 2 are seemingly affected.
So eh. Make of whatever you can from that.
Here are the Tweets.
"TSSZ News @tssznews BULLETIN: TSSZ has received word from @sonic_radio of a possible security breach with the Japanese SEGA ID system. More soon. Retweeted by Sonic Radio" "TSSZ News @tssznews Bulletin Update: If you play Phantasy Star Online 2, you ARE affected by the security breach alert. Retweeted by Sonic Radio"
EDIT: And now Western PSO2 players are blocked out of playing. Gotta wait until is comes out in the West now. See Next Game then....AND now all players on the Japanese server are affected it seems. Huh.
