Chances are it'll be the arcade version of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" which was enhanced "sequel". Another thing to note about the license is that Capcom can't really do anything else with it unlike the Marvel one.

So Sony was at Gamescom....very Vita-heavy too. But did show three new titles regardless:

Tearaway, from the makers of LittleBigPlanet, a horror game for now called "Rain," and this game called Puppeteer.

Plus they showed another trailer for PS All-Stars Battle Royale, some new Killzone (meh) Vita game, new Ratchet and Clank game for Vita, a new Call of Duty for Vita (snore). In additon, PSOne games will soon come to the Vita, they'll be a line of "PS Essentials" for I think the PS3. This may be the European equivalent to our Greatest Hits line.

And that's all I can get from the conference.

Tearaway looks promising.

Tearaway looks very pretty, but I hope it's not like MM's previous works where the pretty graphics and charming artstyle is wasted on what is a pretty poor game. Trailer isn't too promising on that front since it looks like a bunch of touch gimmicks.

Still nice to see a proper new IP by one of Sony's important devs instead of more ports and spinoffs by z-tier studios.

edit: Pushing the whole get a PS3 game get the Vita version for free thing is nice, but I can't help but see it as "Fuck this system is doomed, we're literally having to give the games away now"

New trailer for Sony's best upcoming game was at gamescom:

I can't help but feel that Tearaway looks like a better PSVita version of Little Big Planet.

And Tokyo Jungle... what... IS...THAT? It looks interesting... but I just don't... get it.

I think the tokyo jungle game looks really good. Can't tell exactly the gameplay mechanics but it kinda looks like a feeding freny style 'run from the bigger things kill the smaller ones' pattern with some pikmin like gang elements in it. I hope someone I know who has a PS3 gets it, it looks badass.
Tic Tac, sir?

Insomnaic Games are at it again with another R&C game. Titled 'Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault for us Americans and QForce for the Europeans, it's going back to the 'classic R&C gameplay' that's works so well with the franchise (not....All 4 One....eh) oh, and a bit of tower-defense in there as well.
