With a game like JSR, you're surprised? Although I am a little surprised that I'm the one who's up in arms...

Well, I know you're not a fan of Dragula (or maybe Rob Zombie in general, don't know). I like the song, but just because it was part of the game somewhat, not by the person who did it (I give a rat's ass about Zombie to be honest XD ).

And besiiiiiiides, it's the only song from the U.S. only Jet "Grind" Radio Music Sampler album that's in the game....don't sweat it! ^^'

But I am disappointed I can't get my Miller Ball Breakers.....

If I heard the song on it's own, it's fine, nothing against it and I have absolutely no opinion on Rob Zombie what-so-ever. My issue is that, to me, Dragula is not Jet Set Radio in any way. To be it's "That really random choice of song from that American Jet Grind Radio version of the game"

But it was never a part of the game for me.

This too. MBB was a great track and the fact that - at the moment - it seems like it's been bumped off the list, whether it's through SEGA's choice or not, while that song from a different game made what - at the moment - seems to be the music track-list irks me.

I think I've already said what the problem with Dragula is. The song's great, however soundtracks work different to say... compilation albums. It's not just about the music or song being good, though that is important, it's about it fitting in with the tone/setting/style of what it's being used in. That's where I feel Dragula fails at being a good part of the JSR soundtrack. Would fit better in a Tony Hawks game (if they still made good Tony Hawks games ): ).

I understand ya, dude. THere's certain music that makes a game enjoyable, and to be fair Dragula isn't one for a game like Jet Set Radio.

Well, let's hope the list gets a bit more full by the time it arrives...

Rek hits the nail on the head.

I'd say what you said here is true as well....maybe the soundtrack was originally made because of what they thought was "hip" during that period? I dunno. *shrugs* Sure as hell doesn't work in this day in age....

I dunno, it's probably just a SEGA of America thing.
