Reminds me of when I visited my grandparents in St.Vincent in the Caribbean several years ago. Only fast food place was a KFC (ironically enough). As it turns out, is was kinda of a good thing, as we could try the local eateries instead.

Maybe I used the wrong term; I forgot you're adamant when it comes to grammar and word use. p_nut_uk said he hasn't had KFC in years; I should have mentioned that I had KFC just yesterday. Also saying the only fast food place on the island was a KFC as well.

...I never ever had the thought that I was in the original post. Especially coming from myself, since I am black. I'm not too fond of that specific stereotype either. I was just using the term personally to describe what I was doing yesterday, and in turn reminded me of another specific moment in my life.
Went to a tabletop gaming centre in celebration of Tabletop Gaming Day 2013, and ended up trying out and eventually buying a set of WarMachine starters and an expansion :D
