I found my copy of The Orange Box the other day, lost it about a year and a half ago. Well it's not mine, my brother from Wales lent me his flatmate's copy a couple of years ago, and as he's long been kicked out for not paying his rent for over two years, I'm keeping it.
Finally played Half Life 2 for the first time (I know I'm about 8 years behind everyone else), and am finding it a little gruelling. Feels like I've been playing forever and have only just got to highway 17.
I've had a few games off Lovefilm lately. Had Brink, Duke Nukem Forever and the new Operation Flashpoint: Red river something or other. Im normally a bit OCD with games. Once I've started one I have to finish em but these three are the first games in ages I just couldn't be arse playing. I just though they were shite as you want. The only saving grace about Duke was I liked some of the old style levels that had a bit of clever platforming (the kitchen level where your shrunk down and have to traverse all the utensils was fun) which harked back to older fps's from the 90's. The rest of it can get fooked though. The other two aren't even worth typing about.

I very much doubt that.
I also disagree with the platforming sections being reminiscent of 90s FPS games since the only game that did that was Half-Life (and even that didn't do them very well).
