The character designs creep me out, but I can't figure out why.

Can't help you there. Only reason I downloaded it in the first place because I saw it advertised on some mmo site, saw half naked redhead holding a giant fish and i was all "i gotta play this game!!"

Loved that in the fight with Monsoon: "Got parrying down yet, son? No...? Well learn, fast, kiddo!" Failed it so many times thanks to that, but I never got angry at the game; it was always down to my own failings and each time I knew where I needed to improve.

Oh yeah; it just showed me how much to improve with parrying, and each time I attempted to fight him I got better. Little by little though, and it does feel satisfying to get even far ahead in the battle.

Still fighting him though.

Played Ground Zeroes, completed Ground Zeroes, was alright, very interested in seeing where its going.

Having taken time to digest, I fear Kojima is going way too series with Metal Gear Solid. Also I was pretty open about Kiefer Sutherland being the voice for Big Boss but eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
