It's a bit different when you start wandering into material that isn't owned by SEGA. SEGA might be alright with us broadcasting their music, but I don't think The Offspring would be, or Bad Religion, or Magna-Fi (in the case of the track they chose not to submit to SEGA).
But not all unused tracks are gonna be licensed. I understand it for that terrible Shadow track but if it was just abit of unused music for a level that never made it then why not?
I'm with Reknoc (surprisingly) on this. Most of the stuff I posted was just original versions of Sonic level music that got changed for the final build of the game.
What would count as a WIP? Because I seriously think we need those unused His World and Dreams of an Absolution tracks, along with the original Live and Learn (the one with no vocals and a flute).
Yeah, unused level music would normally classify as WIP. It's only if it was stuff produced outside of SEGA that for whatever reason wasn't put into the game.

So the stuff I posted would be okay for the playlist?
Have you actually uploaded any of that to the FTP yet?
Aww, I really wanted to as well >_>
It's in Ogg Vorbis, and there are only a few that were good quality enough, and I don't know the names as they were rips so I made them up <_<
But if you still want 'em, sure.
I did add the full rips to Dragon Force and Shining the Holy ark a while back. I have some more stuff I can add, actually. I'm having some issues connecting to the FTP, so I will try later in the week.
