Currently uploading the Phantasy Star Show. This Wed will be orchestral music and remixes only, so if you have anything special you would like to hear, feel free to request them ^_^

The RPG Adventure will also continue, and our hero's have a choice between staying in jail, chasing after the Shenmue Soul Gem or the Shining Soul Gem! >_>

Are there any orchestral tracks from the Yukuza games that anyone can think of?

Hmmm, none spring to mind; it's a very guitar heavy soundtrack.

Sorry for the lack of a show last week guys, I promise there will be one this week, unless I get struck by lightning or something.

This Wed is thus the Saturn and Dreamcast night, so feel free to request music from RPG's on those two consoles, such as Guardian Heroes, Shenmue, etc etc. I've already had a few requests and they have been added :)

Since I prepared the show before last Wed, I'm now moving on and preparing the show after that, which is the Modern show. For this one, I'll be playing music from RPG's released since 2006, and these are:

7th Dragon
Alpha Protocol
Infinite Space
Phantasy Star Portable
Phantasy Star Portable 2
Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity
Phantasy Star Universe
Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus
Phantasy Star Zer0
Resonance of Fate
Shining Force Cross
Shining Force EXA
Shining Force Feather
Shining Hearts
Shining Wind
Sonic Chronicles
Spiral Knights
Valkyria Chronicles
Valkyria Chronicles 2
World Destruction/Sands of Destruction
Yazkua 2
Yakuza 3
Yakuza 4

Quite a nice mix there. Send your requests for those also!

Apologies again!

Battle 4 from Sonic Chronicles and Save This World (either the original or Zebrahead version) from Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus, please. Thanks, and keep up the good work on your show!

Okay, I *think* I'm kick starting this back to life. Where did we leave? I think we only had these two shows left:
  1. Wed 22nd June: Saturn & Dreamcast Night: Playing music from Saturn and Dreamcast games.
  2. Wed 29th June: RPG's Rock Night: Playing music from modern RPG's released in the past five years or so and we'll be taking a look at upcoming SEGA RPG's that are on the way.
Now, we could start with a new season and new RPG adventure covering these themes and more, or we could just completely start from scratch and see where fate takes us. What do you guys think?

(Jesus, I stopped in June?! What have I been doing all this time?! :( )

I would suggest kicking Season 2 off with a random sorta episode to get things back together, and then the next week have the show continue S2 where Season 1 left off with the Saturn & Dreamcast episdoe onward.

It has been a long while, yeah. I'd agree with what mtwinny said, starting with a new RPG adventure would be best for newer listeners who probably didn't catch the show the first time around.
