Jeopardy! IBM Challenge
This may interest Kaito-Kun... IBM thinks it has made the ultimate computer that can beat the best Jeopardy contestants, by creating a computer that can understand human language. Something like this has never been done before and may lead to even more advancements in computer engineering.
Here's part one of episode one of three -- the human contestants are Brad Rutter and Ken Jennings. Episode two aired today, but I'm not telling what happened!

Very good. It was interesting to see Watson's training phases and the hardware. Fantastic at highlighting the powers computers have, especially seeing it's thought process when answering questions.
Still needs a little work though. It might help it if was able to hear what the contestants were saying too.

Did anyone see what Ken wrote at the end of episode three (of 3)? LOL!

IBM has some interesting background mini-documentaries on their YouTube page. Worth a look. Hopefully there's 'after the fact' stuff there too.

Yes, they were demonstrating the bar showing Watson's top three guesses and his confidence level. I don't know what the sample clue for that was though.Biggest sonic fan wrote:I've Never heard about the show but did I read Sonic the Hedgehog in the video, somewhere around 4:57? It's such an accident. or is it?
