360 fan boys has always been "DOHOHOHOHO"ing about the PS3 while PS3 fan boys has always been "DOHOHOHO"ing about the 360. It's a infinite loop of which system is better. Which is annoying.

I lol'd at this for some reason.

I thought Sony boasted how much their servers were protected?
People are stealing quite a bit of user data here.

The ICO (Information commisioners office) have confirmed there going to beinvestigating Sony into how well they were protecting the data. Apparently there is a legal requirement in terms of how well companies are supposed to keep these sort of details.

The ICO is as follows:

'The representative went on to explain that for a data breach to be considered serious, it must be shown that the organisation had no awareness of its security obligations or, despite having awareness, failed to act on them. It must also be shown to have caused distress to a large number of individuals'

Do Sony protect their data? Yes.
Did Sony act when they discovered a breach? Yes.

So as far as that goes, they're not really liable.

I couldn't really care less about it all, I'd just like to get back into Killzone sometime soon.
