A little bit, but Steven Moffat always wrote darker stories than Russel T. Davies did. They're normally pretty good, but I'm not keen on some of his pet creations: Mainly River Song and the Weeping Angels.Reknoc wrote:I've been watching it, some good stuff. I guess I never really bothered with the last season or specials but, has the series got a bit more darker?
Don't get me wrong, the first episode with the Weeping Angels was a cracker but as soon as they returned in another storyline I lost any enthusiasm for them.

I too have enjoyed the fall finale episode. I was a bit sceptical about the whole Angels/River Song/Ponds thing, but it turned out pretty fantastic in the end.Dr Shaneman wrote:I really enjoyed today's episode.
I really wanted to see the statue of liberty giving a mean angel glare at them though lol
And it was, in my opinion, a great way to say farewell to the Ponds.
