Should have posted this earlier in the week, sorry about that!Join us on Saturday 11th February as we return to the airwaves for Episode 5 of the SEGA Phantasy Zone.
On the cards for this episode:
You can listen to our show on Saturday at 6PM CST / 7PM EST / 12AM GMT on RadioSEGA. You can discuss the show as it broadcasts on irc.surrealchat.net #radiosega – we appreciate your feedback!
- We take a look at a few events taking place in the community. It could be an ongoing project, a notable event or a piece of work by someone that is worth covering. One thing that will be focused on this episode is the modifications of Sonic Generations that have been produced recently.
- From now on, every episode a member of the cast will review a game produced by SEGA. This week, Shadix takes on Knuckles Chaotix! That game used a combi-ring system, perhaps someone else will be tagging along with him? Oh yeah, it’s just Heavy. Moving on…
- Considering that every episode we’ve usually ended up taking about Daytona USA’s musical genius Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, we’re bringing you a segment devoted to an individual in the SEGA music field. This episode, we’ll be discussing the works of a certain individual named Kenichi Tokoi.
- There’s definitely no way that we can have an episode WITHOUT any mention of Daytona USA whatsoever. Our solution: We’re having a karaoke session with the cast. Listen as they try to FLY AWAY to the BLUE BLUE SKIES in DAYTONNAAAAAAA.
- And much more to come.
Oh and one last thing – at the end of the day this show will carry an explicit tag, we’re a mature show for mature audiences so you can be mature with it. We won’t overload the show with F words, but we have warned you in any case!
Episode 6 will be tonight, with a small difference.
From now on, the SEGA Phantasy Zone will be broadcasting at a LATER TIME of 8PM CST / 9PM EST / 2AM GMT. This decision has been made to ensure that all members of the cast can participate in the show without any issues.
If you cannot listen to tonight’s show on RadioSEGA, the show will be recorded and uploaded after the show. We apologise for any issues caused with the decision to move to a later time.

Unfortunately due to some of the cast being unavailable this week, Episode 7 will not take place this Saturday. Whilst the intention was to pre-record this week’s episode, this is no longer possible.
We will be back on the air on Saturday 24th March at 8PM CST / 9PM EST / 2AM GMT. (time zones changes to be posted soon)
