Mind you I'm still annoyed that a lot of the Sega classic characters got in but still no sign of Axel or anybody from the Streets of Rage series...

A lot of the characters got included because race tracks from their games are featured.
Could be the other way around but that';s my view on how the roster was picked.

Haven't played a Sonic racing game since Sonic R. Thinking of picking this up for 360 based upon some fairly positive reviews and general opinions I've been reading. Would you lovely people recommend the game?
Faster than the speed of sound, sneaker wearing, chilli dog eating hedgehog with a penchant for industrial scale vandalism, animal activism and jewellery theft. Seems legit.

I would highly recommend buying it. Tho it seems everyone favors the 360 version for some reason, other than the fact he/she has a 360 console.

I would recommend it. Lot more skill this time than Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing that's for sure.

It's a solid enough kart racer. Lots of content to keep you going and some interesting courses; some you'll love, some you'll hate. The character roster is a bit hit and miss though. Especially the "guest" characters. They can sod off.

Don't speak on my behalf like that. Or am I not a part of "Everyone"?

I have both consoles and went for the PS3 version. Although that's because my PS3 is my "main" console these days. The Xbox is just there for...Well, for the rare interesting exclusive. (Arcadecraft is looking interesting.)
