In Sega Superstars tennis, The House of the Dead the series is referred to as "Curien Mansion" because the series is banned in Germany.

Silent Hill is based on a ghost town in Pennsylvania called Centralia. It's a ghost town due to the toxic air and the underground coal mine fire that still burns today. I dunno how obvious this fact is really, as Silent Hill fans probably already know but. Meh. o_o

Yeah, I was like "whoa" when I heard about Centralia. There's all kinds of info on Google about it too. Scientists say that coal mine fire can easily burn for 200 years. I believe it originally started in 1965.

As part of a deal after allowing Mario, Luigi, and Peach be playable in the Gamecube versions of NBA Street V3 and SSX On Tour, John Madden is a unlockable playable character is Super Smash Bros Melee.

That one I made up. But the Nintendo Trio is in those two EA Sports BIG games...

Unlike Microsoft and Sony, Nintendo has never made a loss at the end of a year… even with the GameCube!
Takes more than expired soda to have a party. It takes guests, with breasts and mine don't count.

o_O That's interesting..What about the N64? I could be wrong but I thought the PS1 trumped the N64 saleswise.

Even if it did (it probably did) that doesn't mean Nintendo would have made any losses on it.

N64 sold about 32 or 33 million units, the PS sold a little bit over 100 million if i remember correctly, but yea it doesn't matter who sold more or less but yea Nintendo never made any losses.

But didn't they report they were losing money when they first lowered the price of the 3DS? It cost more to make than what the selling point was. I'm sure their fine now of course since its now the fastest selling handheld but i could have sworn i read a few articles about that months ago.

Yup, the 3DS pricecut meant they're now selling them at a loss.
