Agreed. I'll play FPS games on occasion so most of the shovelware passes by. XIII was stylish and really used that to it's advantage. I bought Borderlands because it looked interesting but never got around to trying it out.
Duuuuude, you have to play borderlands sometime...I mean, it DOES get a little bit repetitive because the game is pretty much an MMORPG [or at least meant to be played with friends] But the art style and gameplay are super cool :D and the characters are unique and also have an awesome sense of humor.
Twinny, I really wanna know about your Original characters, I'm interested.
Speaking of that, though, me and my friend I RP with have talked about making a game out of our characters and turning it into a platforming RPG [kinda with a castlevania-esque feel to it], where you can pick between different types of characters, and you have to defeat the dragon kings of their world. If I knew how to program games, I would totally sprite and animate all the characters since I already know how...however, I don't know how to program, so...:c
We do need many more platforming games, there aren't as many anymore. It's mostly hack and slash, RPG [even though I LOVE my rpg, they get tiresome sometimes and just plain repetitive, the only rpg's I can stand to play for long amounts of time are Fable 2 and the bathesda games] and FPS games...I hate COD and all it's clones with a passion...however, I always liked tom clancy's rainbow six and ghost recon.
I WANT A PORTAL 3 DAMNIT D;
What else...a new mdk game would be neat, or even if they made a new gex game. I dunno about you guys, but I absolutely loved Gex: Enter the Gecko. That was one of my favorite games as a child.
