Yea, it doesn't even have to be in "real" real-time either. Say it just snowed like it would rain in Red Dead, and the longer it snowed the deeper the snow would get. I dunno, I'm not really an expert but I don't think that would be totally impossible to do. Red Dead Redemption kinda already does it with rain.

The weather in NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 version is pretty sweet. When it rains, you can see the rain reflecting on the asphalt and when it goes from rainy to sunny or if its both, then it REALLY shows. So awesome.

Also..Shenmue :D

Whether is pretty epic usually. I've gotta say though that at many games, it's just a slap across the face. I'm looking at YOU PATAPON!

For Sonic games, I like the sunny beach whether levels. Honestly, it feels great with Sonic running through the clear sky.

For overall games though, I like a dry desert whether. No rain, no snow... just a dry sandstorm. It gives you that feeling of freedom, yet it's mysterious cause you don't know what's behind that sandstorm or sand tornado. It's also so... vast. Honestly, I don't play a lot of Prince of Persian, but boy do I love the desert levels.

Minecraft sort of does that. If it snows then snow will land on the ground and stay there unless it melts or is removed. It doesn't get deep though.

Yea, that's something I'd like to see in a GTA. I thought it only ever snowed on snow biomes though?

Normally yes, however, thanks to a slight glitch my usual server has it snowing in a desert.

Oh wow, why would you ever want to do that. Playing it once was bad enough.
