Ohh, okay, I guess that one just sticks in my mind because it was so awful I stopped playing. Like, I don't even remember having a problem with the partner system (though I suspect it wasn't very good).

Both right and wrong. Advance 3's boss was a chase boss, only you were the ones being chased by Eggman.

I hate Twinkle Snow's boss. More like dislike; hate is too strong of a word.

I never actually enjoyed Sonic Advance 3. Loved the first two, but for some reason I could never get on with it.

Yeah, same here. I can't really explain why, though. Not that I loved the first two, but quite enjoyed them. Decent Sonic platformers. Maybe what put me off Sonic Advance 3 was what everyone else praised it for: the Heroes-like mechanics. I'm not a big fan of Sonic Heroes.

You can get them off of XBL/PSN/Steam you know. Unless you're talking about the authentic experience i.e. Dreamcast releases

Definitely Sonic 1 MS, the earliest memory I have is when I was 3 and me and my Dad would play the game for hours on end, never got very far but still a VERY nostalgic game for me to this day! :sadgoodbye: to those days ;(
