It’s Sly Cooper’s last adventure on the PlayStation 2! Will it go out with a bang or a flop? Tune in and find out!

The Mysterious Cooper Vault
Story: Sly Cooper has discovered that the Cooper Vault holds all the treasures that the Cooper family has been gathering for years. When he arrives on Kaine Island, he sees that the vault is hidden behind a fortress that a Dr. M built. So Sly decides to get the Cooper Gang back after the split up in the last adventure. Sly manages to get Bentley back but Murray is still missing. Once they find him, they try to convince him to come back, but won’t. Will the Sly Gang get back together?
Deja Vu Again!
Gameplay: The gameplay is pretty much the same as Sly 2. Sly, Bentley and Murray have the same gameplay style but with new things to do. Bentley and Murray can now pickpocket besides Sly. There are still missions per hub world. The one downside is that there are no clue bottles to collect in the hub worlds. After completing an episode, you do have the option to go back and do some extra missions like beating a goal in a certain amount of time.
There are some other new characters to play as throughout the story but I won’t spoil anything for you guys so yeah. Sorry guys it’s just that the gameplay is the same as the last game.
Sly Cooper Cartoon #3
Graphics: The graphics here are still the same. Same look, same everything. They’re still good but nothing really improved here. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, just saying that it’s the same as the last game.
Still Nice and Catchy
Music: The music here is still pretty good! With it’s jazzy spy tone and it’s movie-esque sounds, it’s a perfect blend.
Music is composed by Peter McConnell.
The Beginning of an End?
Overall: Sly 3 is still a pretty good game. In my opinion, it’s not as great as Sly 2. There isn’t a whole lot to collect anymore and some missions are an absolute pain in the ass with how lengthy they can get. It’s still a pretty good game despite the short levels too.
