ASRT Ps3/360 version framerate looked a bit off at SoS imo...

The Wii U is still a mystery console. No one is quite sure to just what the machine is capable of. Nobody wants to see poor framerate at the best of times, let alone when its representing an unproven console.

New trailer looks lovely! Plus there is a ton of hidden goodies all around the new stages.

I've read on Twitter that even tho the game is rated E10+ here in the States, it's gonna have a little ShTH feel as Shadow will be able to say his favorite word. no not Maria, but "DAMN!" Kids these days say "damn" all the time...lol

I'm just hoping my all time favorite Sega character, Opa-Opa makes it in. He fits the theme of transforming so well since he can go on land, air, and sea. :3

I attended Sumo Digital's presentation and Q&A of S&ASRT at the Play Expo in Manchester yesterday.
Really looking forward to this now, and Steve Lycett really is such a friendly and approachable person!

Some tidbits that were confirmed (some of which may not be new):
    - There will be (as yet unspecified) platform-specific characters besides the Miis and Xbox Avatars.
    - Big the Cat has been dropped from the roster. (Someone did ask!)
    - The "SEGA call" and crowd cheering recorded at Summer of Sonic is definitely in the game.
    - According to Steve, the final unlock will really delight serious Sega fans, but he wouldn't say what that was.

It appears that in the campaign/mission mode (which can be completed single player or co-op), 1, 2 or 3 stars can be earned depending on the difficulty level selected and cleared. (This differs from the first game where up to 10 stars were awarded depending on how well you did.)
