For a change I've been dabbling in online multiplayer -

Outrun Online - Friggin easy, for some reason the only people that play this are complete n00bs. It's actually a very boring game to play online too.

Killzone 2 - I really love KZ2, the objectives are varied and keep each game fresh, the progression system is steady and fair and it seems to be one of the few online shooters I don't suck at. The fact there's 32 players per game makes every match pretty frantic, jumping into mini-squads with strangers and slowly creeping behind the enemy, launching that attack that turns the tide and lets you win. Awesome stuff.

Uncharted 2 - I'm actually really impressed with the multiplayer here (even when experiencing it like 8 months late). The fact it keeps all the platforming skills intact means that you really have to be aware of all your surroundings when playing. I've only dabbled in standard team death match games but it's very balanced and pretty fun

I never said it wouldn't be fun, I just outright refused to purchase it because it was so buggy (well, my 40gig wouldn't run it anyway). We should team up and play a few matches sometime :)

I've been back in my Animal Crossing Wild Wolrd village for the past few days. It's nice to see those pointy headed animals again. Except that thieving bastard, Tom Nook.

Also, Wii Party is pretty fun. It's Mario Party with Miis, but it works. I've been playing it with my Mum and my sister. Sister is a terrible looser.

Yea we should. Still trying to Plat U2 but it seems unlikely since I can't even get past the first proper gunfight on crushing.

The problem with U2 is that it's so large and epic that replaying it straight away is going to be almost tedious. The boss fight on Crushing will drive me absolutely mental, it was a nightmare on normal.

Have I added you on PSN? I'll be online about 7pm tomorrow if that's any use

I absolutely adore U2's singleplayer so I actually started Crushing as soon as I finished hard even with the raging at the final boss. I really did a total 180 with Uncharted since I wasn't the biggest fan of the first but love the second. Kinda like AssCreed, though replaying Uncharted 1 I've warmed to it but AssCreed 1 was just an awful game.

Yea you have, I can be on at around 9ish or so.

That'll do, I'm not working till later on the Tuesday.

Looking forward to a Crushing playthrough, the straightforward gunfights will be a lot more fun. Even on Normal I struggled a little bit with the AI managing to ambush & flank me. It's the other enemies in the later game that'll be annoying, you know, the jumpy ones :/

Nurrrgh don't I still have to worry about the shotty guys before I worry about them. Though a few crossbow rounds are it for them and they all carry one which is how I managed on hard.

The co-op mode is even harder aswell.
