No, Steam as a whole is. Its Store, its Community page, and your Friends tab. and those don't affect your computer at all. o.o

1. If you're lagging just because something as simple as Steam itself is open you may need to scan your computer for viruses. That's the only explanation I have.

2. If you mean the games, it's because you probably lack a good video card.

Just lower the graphical settings and see if that helps.

Can't wait for the weekend. Been really busy at work this week after christmas and New year. Pissin me off. And on an unrelated note I live across the road from one of the contestants from this years Big brother (Corin) and when I was quickly getting in the car this mornin to go to work cos it was freezin and she was stood in her dressing gown with a towel wrapped round her head staring at the floor intently lookin a little mental.

Today my friend, his girlfriend, and I went to the mall. Afterwords, we went to McDonalds and bought 100 McNuggets for $20. We got through about 70 before we got sick of it. Good thing we got only 100 instead of 150 like we initially planned.

Tomorrow's SacAnime, the local anime convention. Lot of friends are going, so I won't be alone.
