It's nothing to do with the law: RadioSEGA is a SEGA based radio show, so we only play music from SEGA games. We have a massive collection of music already, so we're not missing much.

Licensed music, however.. That wouldn't necessarily be allowed because of lawyers.

Maybe. I really like that tune. It's one of my favorites of his.

I want to keep away from original songs if at all possible.

That's fine.

Some of his other stuff though is just his covers of Sonic songs, or adding lyrics to instrumental ones.

I really like his Endless Possibility cover.

Or his Speed of Sound lyrics over Angel Island music.
Than again... maybe not. He song Reach for the goal a lot better... :/

Speed of Sound is an original song. He may have put it to Sonic music, but the lyrics are his. Can't use them.

I'm thinking his covers.
Endless Possibility
Reach for the Stars
Into the Wind
Watch Me Fly
Dreams Dreams
Live Life (duet with a friend of his)
I'd put up his Dreams of an Absolution cover, but there is a backup singer that kinda ruins it.

I listened to endless possibilities and I must say, it's not that good. Especially that part where the song changes to some kind of a Rap song. He completely ruins that part. It's like you are trying to sing Rap lyrics but sing it by opera singing. It doesn't fit.

Ok, interesting stuff to say the least.

I can now resume updating the Playlist as I have actually found my old server access files. ;D I will see what can be added before Saturday Night Sega.
I wasn't going to return until I had something worthwhile to share sooooo....Image

That's why there's no Crazy Taxi music on the server, and why there won't be either.

But did Crazy Taxi get re-released with all the licensed music taken out and replaced with original music created by SEGA themselves?

Nup. The Offspring and Bad Religion got taken out, and were replaced with songs by lesser known pop-punk bands.
