Baby crying aside, it's hard to think of a company I'd want to come back. Some still exist even if they're husks of their former selves, most didn't end on a high note, those that did usually go on to make their own studio anyway, others wouldn't even be able to make something as amazing now as they did back then.

If Looking Glass came back now would they make something as amazing as System Shock? Probably not looking at what Irrational spewed out.

It's easier to think of companies I wish would fuck off... like Bioware.

Yes. Bioware after Knights of the Old Republic became a one trick pony, all they seem to do is make worse versions of KotOR with bad combat. Jade Empire technical issues aside had a cool setting but pretty bad combat, Mass Effect had awful shooting, Dragon Age was a mess on consoles. Sadly they also gained a second trick of dumbing stuff down instead of actually fixing it.

I want the Sega of old back. When they used to make great arcade games. Back before all the AM teams merged.
Otherwise, I don't have any preference. Sega is the only company I really care for.

Mass Effect doesn't seem to bad. My Cousin loves it. I thought BioWare was a good company. I mean when people found out that Bioware was working with SEGA on Sonic Chronicles, everybody was excited. Weren't they?

You don't understand how good KotOR is, no matter how shit they get people still remember how good KotOR is so they expect a lot from them.

Heck the rats are already jumping ship with one lead designer leaving because he doesn't like the direction Bioware are going in.

Mass Effect wasn't a good game, but it had potential. The KotOR template in an even better sci-fi setting with third person shooting? Sounds fun, but Bioware never made a shooter before so some jank was expected, the game had potential. Which they removed when they decided it was too hard to fix and wanted to make a third person shooter with talking instead of an RPG with third person shooting.

You might be right but it's hard to believe this from a person who hates nearly every single game. :P

I agree with Reknoc. KoToR was a great game. And this is coming from someone who doesnt like most americian rpgs. Mass Effect was a bad game and horribly overrated. I lost respect for them when they came out with that god awful sonic RPG game :/

Sonic Chronicles was NOT good. No amount of Sonic fanboying will ever change that fact.

Mass Effect...eh, I like it, but that's just me. Same with Dragon Age actually. Taken a while, but I'm starting to enjoy it now. Regardless, KotOR shits on them both from a very tall height. Absolutely immense game, and so so disappointed that the next game in that series is a bastard MMO.

I enjoyed both Mass Effects and what I've played of Dragon Age, but then, I haven't played KOTOR. I have it on Steam, but not been able to play it yet. Stupid PC, etc.

I cried when Team Andromeda disbanded, but Sega were still able to make Panzer Dragoon Orta with some of their staff, so I would definitely like to see another proper Panzer Dragoon game.

I wish Camelot came back and took control of the Shining series again. They could bring back Shining Force :(
