Alrighty, ill repost then

Finally, what comes just days after a massive layoff, Nikkei reports (via JoyStiq.com) that SOE has lost 12,700 customer credit card numbers as the result of the attack.

The company apparently took SOE servers offline after learning of the attack last evening, but has yet to issue a statement confirming that customer information has been lost.

Of the 12,700 total, 4,300 are alleged to be from Japan, while the remainder's origins are unknown.

So, no card data lost eh?

To be fair this mess should never have happened in the first place. Sony aren't a small company just starting out.

I have no problem, i just want people to see how all this could have been avoided by not lying to customers & courts

Also what are they doing then?
Doing what should have been done in the first place!

Of cousre there trying to do something about it. What else can they do? That's nothing to be applauded for. It's how they've coped with it which is the more important point. And how well they've done in that regard is debatable depending how you look at it.

Of course they are! Not doing so would destroy them.

If a chav mugged you and then a few days said sorry and gave you a free coupon for local KFC that will eventually open (though you don't know when) is that okay as well? Should you forgive that chav?

Also 30 days PSN+ is disgusting compensation

Anything obtained for free can only be used while PSN+ is active, so you get the games for 30 days & thats it |:

That includes themes, games, videos, apps etc etc

And the discounted stuff is usually junk/crap anyway & usually goes down in price a month or 2 later

Even better would be if the free 30 days starts...

...before the store is back up.

Wouldnt surprise me if it started April 20th when PSN was took down

Also people with the Marvel Dc world thingy arent getting any free days back yet. They say they are trying to think of a good will gesture... erm.... giving people the time back that they've missed maybe?
