Dont understand how the voting worked since i didn't see it but im pretty sure they just gave the voters the choice of one level from each of the 9 main games thats in generations. No matter what they'll still be a crappy level from Sonic06.

If the vote was pick any of your favorite levels from all the main sonic games the list would be completely different from it is now. I doudt any levels from 06,unleashed, or even colors would have made the list. Hell maybe not even heores.

Well, from what I heard, it was a joint effort between fans and SEGA reps on Facebook/SEGA forums or something...then again, I'm not too sure...

On the other hand, this game is celebrating the TWENTY years of Sonic, to me it makes sense that there'll be representation from each major Sonic game at least once(except that Shadow the Hedgehog game...)

For Sonic Heroes, it was a given, I was just expecting another level rather than Seaside Hill.

For the "Modern Era", like it or not, Sonic 2006 was the 15th anniversary title. Also, Crisis City may haven't been the best level, but I guess it beats all other levels in that game (and that's saying something).

Unleashed was the first fortray into the style of Sonic games we have now, so that was definitely going to be represented in my opinion.

As for Colors...well, it did come out on the 19th year of the franchise, and despite some critcisms it was the best Sonic game made in quite a while. I believe SEGA would be crazy to NOT be represented in Generations.

That's my two cents...make due with it as you will...

The demo stage would have been good for 06, if just because it's not another boring ass city.

^^ Agreed.
I know this is late, but I love how Cassic City Escape music has "Endless Mine" in it. So looking foward to this game.

I know people already knew about this but for the sake of thoughts and observations, here are some from the batch of new 3DS screens released today from SEGA themeselves. Enjoy!

Why are all these videos in German? I don't get it.

And was it me, or was that quite some loading?
