Uh I don't even give a shit about the GameInformer review, they gave it a 7 (I refuse to consider 6.75 or whatever the fuck to be a proper score), whatever it'll still be high in the metacritic, my problem is you saying that a positive review is biased when an obviously biased review deserves praise. It makes you look a bit like a joke on the level of the people bawling about the 8/10 Uncharted 3 review on Eurogamer. The other review gave it a 9.5, that is basically a 10. It deserves looking at with some scrutiny. Which I did, and I found the guy to be a bit of a fanboy.

Who gives a shit what people on GameSpot (GameFAQS) think, that place is full of people so thick I'm surprised they manage to even use a computer.

What the fuck are you even talking about? From what I've played I consider Generations to be a good game (slightly better than Colours). Sorry if my high standards for platforming games means I can't consider a still flawed game to be considered great.

^ I don't even....you know what I will continue to hold for now because 1.) I'm in school right now and 2.) that G.I. "review" sounds biased for all the stupid reasons I can't even think of at the moment, and that is coming from someone who isn't a diehard Sonic fan, and that's me. Just don't play it and let others enjoy it.

And yes I think that this game should be praised like Ratchet and Clank and Mario Galaxy. There I said it. Let me hear your comeback. Pick apart like you always do.

Nah, I'd rather not waste my time on people without standards.

(I wouldn't even consider Ratchet and Clank on the same level as Mario Galaxy)

^ Then just don't alright?! Just don't play the game and everyone else can be happy...

Can't please everyone after 20 years I guess...what a shame....moving on...please...

Hold on I don't have standards, what do you mean by that? Please do tell. (Sorry for going off topic BTW)

EDIT: We got a nine, in fact a 9.5! Also look at the comments after the review. Now you can't bash a person like the one who reviewed this game!
Um......who cares about reviews? Reviews are just someones personal opinion, if you don't like it deal with it. Play the game and get your own personal opinion.

And yet people reads a review on say Uncharted or Batman and people go and take the review to heart and so gets the game.

People who buys games based on reviews are just sad. Everyone has different tastes, dont become one of them.

I agree. Plus, these reviewers will never truly enjoy this game. 2/3rds of the games stages are from the past decade in Sonic's history, and celebrates it. There are so many nods to Sonic's past, that a reviewer who tore apart those games(most or all of them), Would not be able to fully appreciate the Generations experience.

Simply, DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS.

Its not about trusting them or not, its just personal taste. One reviewer may prefer it another one may not. Its just someones own opinion, its nice hearing others thoughts about the game but in the end its up to you if its a game for you or not after trying it.
