It's cool to have a people from different places who can also type their native language on here, make them feel like they're repping their home country, you know?

Obviously not, since this person may still post in complete Spanish, as if this is a Spanish-language message board. Still, he does understand English, since what Kaito-Kun said is that the new member's posts are on topic.

They must at least have a grasp of english I expect or they wouldn't even be wasting there time on the forum so I expect there just purposefully typing in Spanish. Kaito's being nicer than me anyway.
